You will sit at the heart of the team working to co-ordinate multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time. A day in the life example for this role could involve of mixture of all or anyone one these tasks –

Launching Job Adverts , calling applicants to assess an accurate shortlist based on clients requirements / Conducting Vetting Checks / Conducting Pre-Interview Advice and CV writing / Utilising the Inhouse database and Search facility to identify talent / Validation of Right To Work Documentation and 5yr work history .

If you have already worked within a Recruitment role In-house or Agency then this would be an advantage however we would also invite applications from anyone who feels that they have the previous experience and Qualities suitable for a role like this.
