Helpdesk Administrator
Salary; Up to £12.00 per hour
Location; Canary Wharf
Hours; 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts, days and nights)
Temp – Perm
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. This position is working on a very high-profile government contract as a Helpdesk Administrator.
Duties will include;
- Issue PO’s for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Generate client monthly report
The successful candidate will be required to go through a very high level of security clearance and the permanent offer will based on the outcome of theclearance.
