FM Helpdesk Administrator
Salary; Up to £24,000 per annum
Location; East London
Hours; Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in East London. The successful candidate will be working on a fast paced yet highly sensitive contract within the public sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow within the Facilities Maintenance.
The duties will include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Logging jobs to the system and allocating work to engineers.
- Prioritising the workload in an efficient and appropriate timeframe.
- Gathering the technician reports and sending them out via email/PDA.
- Chasing quotes and input the engineer’s timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Providing the highest level of service to all stakeholders.
- Completing administration tasks daily.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
