Planner/Scheduler
Temporary
Medway, Kent
£14.36 p/h inc. holiday pay
Our Client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, are looking to recruit a Planner/Scheduler to join their busy team. They are looking for someone who can act as a first point of contact for customers/clients, ensure all enquiries are managed efficiently and provide excellent levels of customer service.
Your main duties will be:
- Answering calls regarding repairs and dealing with the call in a professional manner
- Responding to emails from tenants/contractors/clients regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
- Logging calls and repair requests on IT systems
- Coordinate repair works with your team
- Allocate work to employed operatives
- Order parts for repairs
- Liaising with tenants/operatives about completed jobs and return visits
- Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedures
- Dealing with customer complaints and logging them onto the system
- Managing your workload and prioritising repairs
- Other duties requested by your manager
Key Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- IT literacy – Word, Excel, Emails
- Positive attitude when dealing with difficult people/situations
For this particular role, previous experience within the property maintenance sector/social housing sector would be advantageous.
